Here, you are supported and seen exactly as you are.
Let this sanctuary remind you that love and guidance are always available to you.

Here’s how this retreat will flow:

Each day a new practice will open (Day 1, Day 2, Day 3).

Day 1: Reclaim Your Stillness

A return to the body and nervous system
 

This is your moment to pause. 

Create a quiet space just for you and allow your body to soften into stillness.

Watch the practice and give yourself permission to write what comes up in your journal. 

Notice what your body longs to release.

I am here holding space for you. 

 

In stillness, I remember who I am.

Day 2: Remember Your Voice

Reconnect with your truth
 

As you step into today’s practice, bring paper, pen and a small bowl with you. This is an invitation to reconnect with your truth and let your voice be heard in ways it may not have been for years. 

Your truth matters, and it is safe to let it out.

 

My voice is clear. My truth is sacred. I am heard.

 

Day 3: Embody Your Radiance

Glow in your truth
 

Today is about saying yes to the good, to your own light. 

Bring your journal and some water to ground you, then move through the practice with openness. 

You are radiant, and this is your time to shine.

 

I am light. I am radiant. I am safe to receive the good.

This retreat may be coming to a close, but the energy you’ve reclaimed is yours to keep.

Your glow, your joy, your truth.
